Heartland has been so good for our son this year. We were looking for a school that prioritized social and emotional intelligence and we found that in the Acton education. Concepts like growth mindset, intrinsic motivation, intentionality, integrity, accountability and forgiveness are the foundations of Heartland. These concepts take years of experience to develop into your core persona. Each student is on a Hero’s journey that emphasis these concepts and more. This is what I want for my child’s education, for them to take ownership over their own learning and motivation. His confidence has grown and he looks forward to attending. It the perfect community support needed for families that have been homeschooling or families that are looking for that better option compared to what is offered in most public schools.
